Always thought it’d be fun to make a video synthesizer/camera mashup. Using LFOs or sensor data to modulate various visual parameters. Have you seen Critter and Guitari’s Eyesy? I think you’d dig it — selfishly hoping it sparks something! https://www.critterandguitari.com/eyesy
damn, dig the eyesy. yeah man, def something magical about sensor to visual influence. like in the gif, the image is tilting based on my real-time tilt of the phone and bouncing based on the accelerometer, but instead of these position based changes, making it truly influence the image itself would be dope.
just realized i didn't answer your scenekit question. ya it's totally scenekit within swiftui, i didn't find too many examples of it so it was a bit of a pain to implement. holler if you want keys to the code.
it would be wild if we worked on a repo and remixed each other's previous take 😎
